Dr. Sunita, an integrative physician with over 20 years of experience in reproductive health, has curated a comprehensive guide for mid-life, perimenopause, and aging.Ā Ā As a long-time educator of healthcare providers and patients alike, I am sharing my love of teaching with you so that this knowledge can be accessible and easy to understand for as many people as possible. The tools for being healthy and well in mid-life shouldn't be a secret, and this is my committment to you in this specially crafted learning experience. As a midwife and a naturopathic physician, I have always enjoyed a bit of the ā€˜town doctor’ life.
